I wanted to get a Galaxy Ring cause I feel like it would be a better option for me vs a watch but they are more expensive... wtf man :pets:

Yeah, no. They're insane. It would have made sense like a quarter of the price and they would have sold a butt tonne. I can't imagine many people going out and getting one at anywhere near that price.

I got a 10% salary review/cost of living bump... apparently my boss went and made waves about our department needing more and being poorly compensated. Which is all very true, and our new company can more than afford it.

Apparently his immediate boss didn't really like that though. :wut:

Even so, I just applied for a job with the local university which is - at minimum - about a 20% increase from this current increase.

Well best case you get that uni job, worse case you at least have a bit of extra pay coming your way at your current job while you keep looking.

Seriously thinking about telling my employer to go fuck themselves tomorrow during a meeting tomorrow.

After today they can blow me. Already getting paid one retirement and getting VA money, so dont need this shit.

My black boston terrier just had cherry eye surgery for the third time since his cherry eye condition was severe. I feel bad for him because his health is overall worse than our brown boston terrier and especially our husky mix.

Sorry to hear that, fam. My little hound, Lola, has cherry eyes too. Its not bothering her so much now, but her vet says it may when she gets a bit older.

Never watched it but my grandpa loved it. I think he was the only one in my family that did. Maybe my one uncle as well but I have not seen/spoke to him since my grandparents passed away.
