She was never a standout character to me. She was kind of a bridge gap character. Someone who would give Gohan more meaning outside of fighting.

I would say he is stronger than Tien and Krillin but not as strong as Goku or Vegeta. So somewhere in the middle. I think if it came down to it, Goku could get rid of him. He might be on par with Piccolo.
