i notice in earlier episodes that 18 was tried to wish back into her original human form,
why not of asked sharon to create a human body of 18 body in a dublicate form, and have transform her body and soul into the body afterwards..

She is still technically human, she is just enhanced. Both her and 17 were born and lived as humans before being "experimented on". The translation was lost because they are referred to as "androids" which would imply they were made but they are cyborgs, which means they are still human just with technology merged into their bodies/DNA.

This might explain things for you:

Krillin wanted to make it so she wouldn't die, he didn't want to change who she was. He loves her just as she is which I think is the point. She is happy with who she is as well.

They were also down to one wish. Which means they'd either have to wait a year to do both wishes, or have her corpse for a whole year.

I assumed you were asking in that particular moment after the Cell Games.

There's plenty of things the Z Fighters COULD do with the Dragon Balls on any given off-year, but if they haven't by now I think you can assume they either don't want to (17 and 18 are ridiculously strong with zero drawbacks) or it's not high on their priority list (eg Goku wishing King Kai back)

Not a clue. Likely saw no value in it because he loved her the way she was. I am not sure Shenron would have been able to undo something like that anyways.
