There was a Russian team that ported Vice City into the GTA4 engine and only torrented it, so Take Two couldn't Take Them down. :haha:

The worst part of the GTA mods they've taken down is you literally need copies of both games to make them work. The creators never included the assets.

Take Two owns Rockstar, yes. I've been upset with them for years because they DMCA great GTA mods that they're worried compete with them. For instance, GTA Liberty City which brought GTA3 to the VC engine (and a few other similar consequent mods). Meanwhile, Bethesda gifted copies of Oblivion...
