At the risk of sounding like one of those Morrowind fans, Oblivion is really the best Elder Scrolls. It was so ground breaking when it came out, and the stuff you can do with it is so much cooler than Skyrim, and the world is so much more vibrant and interesting. It definitely has a lot of bugs...
