He'd probably only diagnose CentminMod installations which I don't use because I don't like nginx. I still don't see what exactly is wrong. It's definitely OpenLiteSpeed because Apache/Nginx worked just fine and now so has disabling CloudFlare proxying. Logs are all clear so who knows.

Disregard above, switched back. Issue is now fixed I believe, not running traffic through CloudFlare for now.

We're now using Apache + Nginx which seems to have no issues. I'll switch back to my preferred webserver when I deploy another server.

Didn't reboot. Just updated PHP, restarted MariaDB and firewall.

I don't think there's anything I can do here. Several of my sites using CloudFlare are having no issue, webserver is running fine as well.
