My only criticism, and I realize this is nitpicking, is that she didn't account for salt, pepper, rice vinegar, soy sauce and other condiments in her budget. Granted, yes, most of us have those, but still, a bit disingenuous if someone was going to follow this to the letter and had to go over budget to buy those.
Beyond that, I'm really impressed with her menu! She's got a great mind for food to be able to work with such a small budget and make such interesting looking meals.
