Am I the only who prefers Chi-Chi NEWER hairstyle over the one she had throughout most of Z?

I've always preferred this Chi-Chi hairstyle:

I was just never a big fan of this look for Chi-Chi and doesn't help her character was at her ABSOLUTE WORST during this portion of her life, while she is still bitchy in Super, her bitchiness is much easier to tolerate with the newer hairstyle because she is attractive looking again even if her character is still a bitch.

Chi Chi during the 23rd Budokai is a princess. She fell from grace hard after that though. During the Boo Arc she is a little better yes, but not even close enough to make up for the horrible way Toriyama handled her in Z overall.

Well, you can be casual and whoop ass in the tournament, that's just fighting for fun, but you've got to be at your best to whoop your husband and sons' asses to a level of cold vindictiveness that requires you to become the personification of evil. Function over form.

I agree, this chi chi was the best because she hadn't gone through the whole dragon ball turning cool women characters into annoying mums with zero further character development phase yet.

I don't like Chi-Chi's hairstyle in Super at all it just makes her look like an old, boring lady. She looked way better in a ponytail as that style really made her look badass. And the bangs augmented her wild badass look even more.

It may have been the intention to make her look older, just like Bulma and Videl. I guess they're basically showing that the humans are aging vs the Saiyans maintaining their youthful appearance. Though, The human males don't appear to be aging much.

I think this is the case, but it still sucks how crappy her character is now, and I feel like her hairstyle is a good representation of that. However, I take refuge in the fact that it could always be worse, GT for example.
