Dragon Ball Super Beerus and Whis Power Level?

From the manga to the anime series, we've know from when Beerus first faced Goku(SSgod) he was rated 7/10 while Whis 10 and Goku(SSgod) 5/10. In both anime and manga we have seen how powerful Beerus might be, from using UI, being among the last to survive the gods of destruction exhibition tournament (manga), teaching vegeta ultra ego. And from the anime Beerus has never shown he's scared of Goku level of power even Goku himself has stated that he is not even sure of his SSblue kaioken can defeat Beerus. So with all said, is it likely Beerus might be stronger than Whis both in speed, strength and power?

The angels are very likely stronger than Gods of Destruction. SSG Goku went toe-to-toe with Beerus, and Whis blocked UI Goku with a finger in recent chapters. Besides that, the angels seem to not age, whereas the GoDs seem to get to a point where they're unable or unwilling to do the job anymore.

I am almost certain the angels are vastly more powerful. While they do answer to the GoDs, they trained them (in most cases it seems). Whis would appear to be one of the strongest ones on top of it but I could be wrong. I can't see Beerus being stronger than him and it pains me to say that...

I suppose if Beerus’ strength is a 10, [Super Saiyan] God would be right about 6. Only, Saiyans rapidly increase in strength as they fight against strong opponents, so the longer they fought, the more that gap would shrink, and it might even be possible for them to eventually turn the tables. Incidentally, I guess Whis would be about a 15.

During Super's run it was alluded to that Vados was stronger than Whis at one point, but there was some chatter that the tables might have turned. I'd probably say since they seem relatively close and they do seem to be close as siblings, if not twins, they're probably roughly equal in strength.

Kusu is the oldest, but she's also the smallest and seems to be the most fun loving of all the Angels. Which one of them is the strongest? The Grand Priest. Whis stated in the manga that his father is the strongest warrior in the multiverse and I don't believe he's sugar coating.

But I really do hope to see more of Beerus in action both in the anime series and manga

I do as well because we haven't seen full power from a single GoD. Even though someone is claiming to me on Twitter as we speak that the fight between him and Quitela showcases their strength and proves Jiren is stronger. When have we seen a single one of them actually get serious in a fight? We haven't. So we don't know. Which means you don't go around claiming something as fact when you can't prove it.
