Vs battles wiki claims arceus is a multiversal deity, but all the anti feats used for arceus they regard as pis, but I'm positive that the majority of people agree beerus would win this fight.
I mean it would make more sense to have Zeno vs Arceus since both are the top ranking (top god). Beerus was appointed as his position.

He made the Super Dragon Balls themselves. Zeno is declared "king of all" so I would imagine he is viewed like the biblical God where he was also the creator. I could be wrong though.
