News Daima to release in October

Not going to act terribly excited for this but I will be watching it and hoping it is better than my brain thinks it will be lol
That's pretty much where I am with it. I didn't really get into Sand Land, and this looks like Toriyama went "Let's just take Sand Land and put Dragon Ball in it".
Given it's the last ever Toriyama content we will ever ever get, I will at least try to power through.
Yeah same. He worked on it so I will watch it. It may end up being really good, who knows.
It seems more like an dragonball adventure to me ala the two dragon ball hunts in the original series!
It will DEFINITLY be good its just that you guys are only interested in Dragon Ball for the bloody battles it seems?
Again i started with DB i can say pretty clearly Dragon ball is not one thing it started as a comedy, became an adventure and then Epic Battle took over for z! Super for example has much more comedy ala early dragonball but mixed with the epic fights from Z!
This is almost certainly something ala The red ribbon saga or the "black star daragonballs saga" Basically its probably gonna work like this:
Episode 1: everyone turns small goku and kaioshin go onto an adventure
Episodes 2-5: Somewhat episodic adventures that are connected to the demon realm
Episode 6-8: The Finale where some drama is found sure but not as dramatic as z probably!
So its definitly gonna be a lighter fair but why shouldnt it? Dragonball is supposed to be fun, adventure and fights and this hits 2 of those points!
I’m pretty excited for it, I mean it’s more content, I get to see all my favorite characters and everything. I’ll be watching the hell out of it, and thinking of my cousin who passed a few months ago who I always watch Dragon Ball with.
