I recently started trying to make it a habit. I work at a desk so most of the day I spend sitting on my butt which is not healthy.
I use a rebounder for exercise. If you don't know what that is, it is basically a mini-trampoline. If I really push myself, I can do it for an hour straight but for the time being, I am going to stick to 30 minutes a day. I just put some music on and jump away. Rebounding has tons of benefits that come from doing it daily too like better posture, better circulation, improved oxygenation, healthier skin, and stronger muscles. It basically works everything in your body.
I am trying to get in better shape, inside and out and I told myself this has to be the year. I am getting older now so if I don't start taking care of myself, I will regret it.
