Even though GT is definitely non canon and Super is stated to be canon, I think Super's canonicity is actually a matter of personal opinion. I don't think it's canon, but what about you?

It's canon, but there are two different versions at least right now. The anime version which was ahead of the manga and the manga version. The only thing that is 100% the same all around is DBS Broly because what you see is what you get.

Well, I do like some anime details better but the manga is still "more canon" because Toriyama writes the drafts and oversees Toyotaro's art designs, but there's minor differences between the two at best. Most notably during the ToP. Like I would definitely cross some things over and cherry pick. I like a mish mash of U9 from both anime and manga, I like U6 better in the anime especially Kale and Caulifla; even though that's where all the lesbian memes come from :rolleyes:. So I can't really pick one source and stick with it. That's why I hope we get one continuity going forward.

I think there's two different timelines of super, mainly the manga, then anime. I believe both of them are cannon, however.
