Do You like Anime Character designs more with or without Battle Damage?

Do you prefer anime charcters in their non damaged state or after a tough and clothing destroying battle?

I usually prefer the clean looks atleast if i like the base design!

For Goku, I'd also go for the undamaged look. At least male DB characters are too bulky to be attractive with less clothing. On the other hand it makes the fights look more intense.

For less bulky battle-damaged guys, there is for example Seigi from a pretty unknown series called "Taboo Tattoo":

Depends on the character and the damage. This shot of Goku is iconic and my all time favourite outfit for his Super Saiyan form (which mildly frustrates me in the games when it's usually a mostly damaged shirt or none at all)

But in general, I prefer just mild tatters over full on damage.

Not really fond of Pop Vinyls. I'll gladly take them as gifts, but I'd never get them for myself.

For me, it depends on how bulky the character is. Goku pulls off damaged clothing better than Naruto and Ichigo do for example.

I Like Gokus Blue Undershirt but not the no shirt looks!
The Gt Battle Damage (as Regenerating as it is) is cool too!
