Dragon Ball Super Do you think the CG stuff will be part of the anime or just the movies?

The CG stuff is.. different. I don't hate it but I don't love it either. I feel like DBZ had better animation than DBS prior to being remastered but I prefer older animation in general. I feel like stuff is either too detailed today or not detailed enough. That being said, I am hoping they don't make this a normal thing. I don't want to see the CG stuff bleed into the anime series. I am fine with them using it for movies if hat is the direction they want to do but I feel like it would make the animation worse when it comes to the actual series.

Yeah, I definitely prefer 90s anime to what it is now. I'm hoping they don't make it a permanent part.

Something I did actually appreciate is the combination of CG and regular animation they used in Pokémon 2000.

I agree with this but on other hand, there is something to said about Dragon Ball's hand drawn animation despite its flaws. If Toei can something similar to Pokemon 2000, it would be great.

I think with Pokemon 2000, there was a focus on more shading of the characters mixed with slight CG to the powers/moves with an emphasis on detailed backgrounds. It made it all look crisper without making it look too different.
