I just want it to be addressed the right way is all. If you are a biological male or biological female, accept that regardless of feeling that you are the opposite. I don't think it is handled the right way. Going through a sex change is A LOT to handle. Mentally, physically, and emotionally. It should be mandatory that you get help professionally for mental well being before, during, and after doing these changes.

Oh I absolutely agree with this, and I think so does the vast majority of the trans community (at least from my outside perspective). It's a process, and it seems a bit shortsighted to only require a minor evaluation and letter signing off saying that they can go through with it, and yet not providing follow-through from a psychological standpoint, too. Transitioning is a lot more than just hormonal and wardrobe changes, it's a hell of a big change in lifestyle as a whole. You can't make that without support around you, I've learned that much from my trans friends and I try to be as supportive in my limited understanding of their situation as I can be.

I don't know what it feels like to be born a female and feeling like a dude stuck in a chicks body but I do know what it feels like to be uncomfortable in my own skin and the way things are handled these days makes it seem like it is no big deal to just hop on hormones and tuck or wack off your parts. It is a very serious thing to go through. Changing your hormones can make you physically and mentally ill (I have seen women become chronically depressed just from birth control hormones). No one wants to talk about the dangers of this either because they don't want to be offensive. I think it is offensive that the truth is being hidden from people going through this and it is a slap in the face to treat it like it is no big deal.

I'm with you on this, too, it's far too easy for people to obtain hormones and start transitioning these days. It's insanity that it's as simple as it is (I know for those looking to transition the process seems convoluted and as though it takes forever, but there does not seem to be enough oversight). I'd hate to start down such a path, thinking that I was doing what was right for me, then come to find I don't like what' I'm getting myself into or I've had a change of heart and I'm shit out of luck because I've gone past the point where damage has been done. Women whose voices have changed to a more masculine tone and being stuck with that, or who had mastectomies to remove their breasts (ok, you can get implants, but that's not the same as actually having breasts [based purely on second hand knowledge, obv]), or who have facial hair growing non-stop, etc. Men who are now sterile, have grown breasts of their own, or have undergone electrolysis to stop hair growth permanently...changes that they can't undo. They need to be getting help and support throughout the entire process, particularly if they find out it's not what they were expecting along the way!

I don't care if someone is trans in the sense that it has no effect on me or how I view a person but when people ignore science and start forcing people to say, act, or do as they want I have a problem with it. I know not all trans people are this way but as you know, I am sure, the vocal minority tends to paint the picture for people these days, and no one else's opinions matter.

Oh absolutely, the vast majority is always tainted by the vocal minority, which is a shame because it's never representative of a culture as a whole.

Whoops! Almost took an off-topic thread onto a topic!

To be fair, I think after Bulma dumped him for good in between the Freeza and Android arcs, he probably got a lot of women. He is a star baseball player after all.
This is true but I still think he is awkward enough with women to not get as many as a rich, famous baseball player should.
