Yeah, I watched Muta's video on this. Dude legit a predator and don't even feel bad about it.
Removing their bits and bobs is the friendliest approach. In prison, they just kill you.
Agreed, so start with one and let the other take its' course. You prey on children, you deserve what you get. And make sure when they're in prison they're forced to wear leggings so everyone can see what they're there for. You get ken dolled, you show that off.
They find out either way. There is always a guard who rats them out and he is usually a father.
True (and good on those guards, let 'em get what's coming to them! Bastard kiddie fiddlers), but for the sake of the totem pole, if they're on the bottom anyway, let 'em show off what they're for with the same level of pride they took in committing it. Murderers get tear drops, kiddie fiddlers get some neon coloured leggings.
They should make them wear uniforms based on their crimes so everyone knows and the guards know who to watch more.
Agreed, kiddie fiddlers in pink spandex, murderers in standard prison garb, drug dealers in garbage bags, drug offenders in yellow jumpsuits, extortionists and lawyers in shit brown jumpsuits, police officers in faded blue, etc.
Yeah, there is a guy on YouTube who explained it pretty well, if I find the video again I'll link it, but basically if he gets a good enough lawyer he can say that they entrapped him and forced him to say the things he did since they, Chet and company, started the conversation, which is different from To Catch A Predator. As well as the fact the police weren't involved at all so their documentation can be thrown out. Now, independent sting operations like what they did isn't illegal, but it always better to get the cops involved so that they help and so it can stick as well as the fact that you don't know if the person is crazy and may get a gun and all of that. So yeah, it is pretty much up in the air as to what will happen to him.
Also, if you want to see how these operations are properly done there is a guy over in England, I believe, that documents his cases and everything and shows how something like this can be done right and be useful to catch people like this.
This is some bull though cause he clearly was looking to hook up with little girls. If a dude is a predator and doesn't act on it, fine but he was acting on it. That should be reason enough for any court to throw the book at him. At the very least, he should be forced to seek mental health counseling for this.
That is one of the options that the guy talked about that is that while he may not get jail time there is a chance he get a "plea deal", you can say, that he will go to a Mental Heath Ward for several months and such. Not only that, but even if he does get convicted he may only severe 5 or so years since in the States you can go to jail more for having weed on you then being a Pedo/Hedo/Endo, and let's say he gets like 10 years, he can do five or so in jail and then the rest on probation, another thing the states love doing and is more common than people think.
The system needs some adjusting, to say the least. The fact that people are still in prison for weed in states that have legalized it is insane to me.
