I'm agreed with Goku going SSJ for the first time, that's been the best episode in my mind since I was just a young'n, so it's gotta' be that for me.
I think I have to go with the driving license episode as well. I haven't really watched a full episode of the series in years, probably a decade thinking about it, except for the driving episode. I watched that one a couple years back and I'm sure the next DBZ episode I watch will be the driving episode.
