I do agree that Japanese Frieza is much better than any of the English-speaking counterparts. He sounded far more villainous, as he did as Cooler, as well.

Brian Drummond is a solid choice, as well, best of the Ocean crew! Chris Sabat I think has to be mentioned, his voice is just perfect for DB-styles anime, and I'll be the idiot that also throws in KaiserNeko, Lanipator and MasakoX, because them being halfway decent at their voice work made DBZA that much more enjoyable, even with the goofiness.

My favorite voice actor is Ryusei Nakao as well. In English, my favorite voice actors would be Brian Drummond (Ocean dub) and the VA of Beerus from BoG/Super.
