First of all, great job for what you did here. I appreciate it! (y)

But let's organize it and may create some more categories and sections?

Here are my suggestions:

- create a category called "Otaku Center". Here you could add two sections: Anime and Manga. Let them separate to avoid the spoilers from manga readers.

- create a category called "Community". Here you could add three seactions: Announcements (forum updates, forum rules, etc) , Feedback (suggestions, questions, etc), Check-In Station (the place where newcomers make an introduction).

- create a category called "Off-Topic". Here you could add three sections: General Chat (we could talk here about almost everything), Entertainment (music, movies, TV shows, etc), Gaming Zone (talking about video games, etc), Creative Zone (fan arts, drawings, contests).

You could leave as it is "Dragon Ball" category. That is all. :coffee:

Prefixes are better for now I think, many empty sections look bad.

Same as above. Kame House sections covers all these topics with prefixes, when something is discussed much more than the others, we can give that topic its own section.
 
I will expand sections as the place grows similar to what you suggested, but for now the sections will stay as is.

I did, however, add in the prefixes for anime and manga to the Kame House.
