YouTube Finally some competition for Apple & Android?

There is something HUGE going on right now with Epic Games, Apple, and Android and not many people are talking about it.

They are only focused on Fortnite, defending their beloved iPhones, and thinking this is all about money. While there is money involved, Epic Games' goal will result in a better platform for app developers to publish their apps and earn from them without losing a 30% cut to Apple. I think Android may charge the same. Either way, this is really interesting stuff.

Epic Games does 12% on their gaming store compared to Steam and Origins 30%.

It is a lot of money when you think about it. It shouldn't be over 10% really.

If the game makes $50, they are making $5. Seems fair to me. Think of all the sales. These platforms aren't hurting.
Instead, they are making $15 of the $50, bringing the earning down to $35.

Some gaming devs would sell certain games even cheaper too if it wasn't for these charges.
