I agree that the English dub of GT should be thrown into the fires of hell, but that's not really the issue at hand. Pan was very poorly written with no character growth to speak of and existed purely as a damsel in distress for Goku to come rescue. Everything she accomplished in the series revolved around Goku. There was not one singular instance where she saved the day on her own.
 
I think that's more of an issue revolving around GT's obsession over Goku, than it is with Pan herself.
 
I Think they should keep pan tiny for atleast 2-3 Arcs i mean we never had a tiny Girl before in DB in Gt she already feels more like Bulma/ Videl than kid goku!
Other than that yeah give her atleast SSJ 1 aswell as some victories!

Keep her as a child and show some character progress. This movie could be a great jumping off point for that very idea. Leading into the end of Z during the Budokai and beyond! They can quite easily fix what Toei did to her back in the 90's.

Literally the only good thing about the English Dub of GT is that they actually toned down some of the Goku obsession compared to the Japanese voice acting. LOL.

Daragonball age prefixes are confuisng!

Also this sunday my neweset part of DragonballZ BT 3/4 Releases in it i play Pan for about 3 Rounds and get ring outed in 2 you might like it!
Also it shows a cool secret about BT4(Mod) Pan Because i use her second costume guess what it is?
