Goblin Slayer is quite amusing

A friend recommended Goblin Slayer recently and since it's only a 12 episode short series, I decided to binge it all today.

Firstly, if you take the show seriously, it's pretty meh. However, I really enjoyed the show because I found his incessant obsession to be quite hilarious.

His answer to everything is "Goblins" and he quite seriously dismisses the threat of a world-ending level Demon Lord merely because goblins had nothing to do with it lol

Being only 12 episodes and quite funny if you find that kind of thing humorous, I'd recommend it to anyone. (In fact, it's pretty much only 11 episodes, because one of them, I think #10, was all recap)

It makes a lot more sense if you read the prequel manga. He's an emotionally scarred man with an absolute obsession for wiping out every last goblin there is.

Except Berserk doesn't have goblins raping absolutely everything they get their hands on. I mean literal rape too, not pillage or plunder. Well, maybe they're pillaging and plundering that

Berserk is damn good stuff. Just watch the OVA movies to slam it out because you get a little more to the story. Though the 90's anime is GOAT, just wish it would have included what the OVAs did during THAT scene.
