Goku VS. Obi-Wan Kenobi IN HIS PRIME: Who Wins?

You have to take into account that Obi-wan is human who may be able to temporarily augment his physical abilities with the Force, but he still has strength on par for his size and the generally speaking the endurance of a normal man. Which Goku are we taking into account here? Maybe if it was very beginning Dragon Ball age 12 Goku, but remember he still lifted a car and took bullets to the face.

I'd still say Goku wins but let's be fair to Obi-wan here, in Resurrection of "F" Goku got beaten by a laser beam. In the movie version, the one Akira Toriyama had direct involvement in (i.e. the version I refer to for canon), Goku was in Super Saiyan Blue when the laser kicked his ass. Based off that, it's fair to say that a lightsaber could likely decapitate Goku so if Obi-wan took him by surprise he could win against Goku.
But that's the only way, I doubt Force powers would work on Goku, in Dragon Ball it's kind of been established that hax doesn't work if the power gap is too large. Chiaotzu's telekinetic abilities didn't work on Nappa, and in the manga Hit's time-skip is negated when Goku goes Blue.

I really did not like this. It seemed like a cheap way to continue the plot for the movie, especially considering Goku has been shot in the head with bullets and gets nailed by insanely huge energy blasts which often times never leave a mark.
Oh yeah, I hated it lol. I distinctly remember complaining about it after seeing the movie in theatres but it seemed I was the only one in my party who had an issue with it. Regardless, a feat's, a feat. By canon, Obi-Wan can damage Goku if he's not expecting it.
Well, Goku (like other Z warriors) might not be damaged by lasers since he can "touch" any energy attack without getting injured if he concentrates his ki where he wants to deflect the attack. And of course, even if it's not the case, you compare a Lamborghini with a turtle. Goku wins so easily. Even in end original dragon ball he would win easily. Even Tenshinhan would win. And even if Goku would be slow enough to be touched by force-boosted-obiwan, nothing says that Goku can't use the force too, since he's a very powerful minded character.
It reminds me when someone told me that Naruto would beat Goku. I said: "man... even Volcaropod would beat your Naruto, since Volcaropod is at 10000°C, he only has to touch Naruto to burn him".
