Dragon Ball Super How I think Super should have handled SSG/SSB

Recently watched Masakox's how to fix SSB video and it got me thinking.

I also think Blue came far too early like they just felt they needed to shoehorn in a other transformation for the next movie.

I think it should have gone like this:

BoG: Same plot - except god red is called "Saiyan God"

RoF: Goku and Vegeta get decked by Golden Freeza, Goku obtains the red "Saiyan God" form and defeats Golden Freeza

U6 vs U7: Goku vs Hit. Goku introduces "Mastered/Complete" Red, OR Goku stacks Kaoi-Ken to God Red. And they make an explanation that Kaoi-Ken is a basic form of boosting ones own power with God Ki, which is why it is so dangerous (which could also explain why kaioken is red). This also makes multiplier sense as it keeps Red plus kaoiken behind a 50x SSJ multiplier.

Black arc: Goku and vegeta fuse to fight Zamasu, we see Red Vegito etc

ToP: Vegeta obtains Red "saiyan god" and defeats Toppo. Goku obtains MUI against Jiren. Broly: Goku can't access MUI (like the present). Goku and vegeta get trashed by LSSJ broly in their Red "Saiyan God" forms and then Goku or Vegeta obtain Blue, which could be called "Super Saiyan God" to defeat Broly.

As a side note, this strategy would have meant: more exploration of God Red, more stable progression in power levels and that Red and also Blue didn't have to be Nerfed. It also would have made clear separate pathways between Godly transformation (Red and MUI) and Blue (SSJ stacked on Red). MUI could still be the ultimate transformation above blue but one that is not accessible again until much later.

I occasionally watch his videos as well, he makes some good observations on a lot of things.

I have to say, I like the sound of this. Back in the day, the transformations were a HUGE deal. Like it took them a long time to reach new levels and when they did, it was game changer. I feel like SSG was kind of washed over like a quick rain when it should have been viewed as a bigger deal than it was. I mean that is a lot of Saiyan power in one life form.

Blue would have been better placed midway or even near the end of the ToP.

Ultra Instinct really wouldn't have needed to be a thing yet and they could have saved it for the next great battle outside the ToP.

I don't agree 100% with your suggestion, but love the idea behind what you're trying to achieve. For one, Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan is a god damn mouthful. It's stupid. He's not a Super Saiyan ever in this form. He's a god. So calling it just Saiyan God makes sense.

Sometimes I wish SSB didn't even exist. It just seems so stupid. Maybe it's the blue hair color, I dunno. The one thing I loved about Super Saiyan God is that it's not a form that can be achieved through training...or at least that's what it seems to be. They never show how Vegeta achieves it, (maybe they will if they make more DBS episodes and add it in like they did with the other movies). On the other hand, it makes sense that Saiyans may be able to increase their godly power by triggering the Super Saiyan transformation.

I don't like rushed power ups, particularly for Saiyans since there's so damn many. They could have done better than this.
