How would you explain Dragon Ball to someone who has never heard of it?

With the least amount of words possible, how would you explain Dragon Ball to someone who has never heard of it before?

I don't just mean Dragon Ball either, but the entirety of it (DB, DBZ, DBZ-Kai, DB GT, DBS).
Obviously, you can choose to completely ignore GT as it is non-cannon so you don't even need to mention it if you don't want to.
