If it's all original content you should be able to go to your local government's copyright office and obtain a copyright or trademark that way, there are also certain ways of trademarking by publishing via online platforms, though I'm unfamiliar with how that works.

To answer what you're not asking, there are a number of resources you can use depending on what sort of game you want to make:
- RPG Maker is what I use for my game (so making JRPG style games) and it's pretty easy. They offer free trials, and the older versions often appear very affordably in Humble Bundles. There's very little programming involved as an entry point (it's more logical stepping than programming)
- Unity and Unreal Engine are free 3D game engines and there are plenty of tutorials on getting started
- There's plenty of different types of music that are generally free to use for this sort of thing, but music is generally the last thing you worry about.

Being able to get a start on something yourself as proof of concept is a good step to starting to collaborate with others (and at least prove to yourself that it's within your grasp).

I did buy gamemaker (because the game i want to make is a 2d Plattformer but yeah im definitley going to use Rpg maker for my Rpg Project!
Maybe i do the rpg project first beacuse gamemaker is pretty dificult to use!
Little question can you have 8 Party members in Rpg Maker? (while in non first person mode?)

Yeah i hope my Law-Caretaker can maybe help me with that! i did often hear that in Theory i already have the copyright but yeah im going to be really careful!

There's a lot you can do with RPGM out of the box, and a heap of plugins that can add other features.

Pretty much just Google "RPG Maker [thing you want to do]" for an answer.

They also have an active forum with lots of help and support, and user created resources and scripts.

i have replaced thunderbird with claws-mails and it reminds me of spicy chicken feet.

maybe you can get rid of gamemaker, unity, and all game builds.
but I'm more interested if the storyline is completed the first time.
