Kaioshin's Ki --- can it be sensed?

Reading the original manga, do you ppl think Kaioshin can have his ki sensed by mortals or not?

I don't remember, but does the manga have the handshaking scene in it too? I'm inclined to think probably not, since Goku and Piccolo were the only ones who could actually tell he wasn't some random, but it's entirely possible he had the ability to at least give an impression of energy.

That said, his power level was probably only 5 anyway. :krillinpalm:

True, I also don't think it could be sense. Once Shin was about to fight Piccolo in the Budokai (which didn't happen), Vegeta stated "now I'll finally know this guy's power level, which we have had no clue before"... And no one ever mentions Shin's chi once, not even when Goku teleported to the Kaioshin realm since he sensed Gohan's chi, he was still surprised Kaioshin was there... When Kaioshin was injured after the battle with fat Boo, no one mentioned how they couldn't sense his chi.

Though at the same time, Vegeta commenting they haven't been able to estimate Shin's power level, which they'd finally know since he was about to fight Piccolo, may have to do with Shin not being able to be sensed, but maybe it also has to do with Shin suppressing his chi? Perhaps...

Btw, why do you think, when going by Shin not having a sensible chi by the mortals, they didn't act like they did with the androids, saying they could feel no energy from them? Maybe in spite of both not having sensible chi, with Shin is still a little different since he had chi, but just not sensible by humans? But I still wonder how it'd be different to the point they wouldn't comment on it like they did with the androids... It's tough haha
 
I don’t know whether or not Piccolo sensed Kaioshin but the safest assumption to me was always saying he did, much like Kaioshin sensing Pocus.
