found this at a local market today. No Idea about the value. Is complete with everything. Box has some damage. Anyone can tell me something about the value. I don't find anythin online

Doesn't look licensed. Note the "O" doesn't have a Dragon Ball inside it. Quality also looks pretty inconsistent and shoddy (but I'll still have it if you don't want it)
