Its absolutely insane how they are allowing these corporations to treat people who need health care and medical attention. Since I am from the USA and do not have much experience with other countries healthcare systems I would love to know if there are other villians in other countries like United Health Group or does the rest of the world actually care for their citizens.

It is a pick your poison type of deal. I think Japan might be one of the good ones. In the UK you have free options for most things but the waiting is insane. Canada offers free healthcare too but again you have to wait and a lot of the more costly things are not covered. They just tell you to use MAID now.
 
My health care provider refused me health insurance for my zepbound despite the fact that I was going to be prescribed to it because it wasn’t for diabetes but for weight loss even though I’m also pre diabetic.

They are getting more strict with those drugs now because of complications from them.
