I don't mind LC pizza but I like plain things. It is a very bland pizza by most people's standards.Four brands, zero pizza. Prices are better for these brands, though, so it makes sense. But if you want pizza, you do sadly have to pay for the good stuff to get actual food. Little Caesars was actually halfway decent about 3 years ago, and then they've gone so far backwards since then. Trying too hard to be like a proper pizza place, but it's just cardboard with a terrible sauce.
I agree with liking more plain things, and I agree that it is on the more plain side of the scale; however, it seems like the quality of their food over the past couple of years has gone from good to very poor. It never used to taste as bad as it does these days, IMO. Or maybe it's just the locations near me have all dipped down...not sure...but something is different, and it's not for the better.I don't mind LC pizza but I like plain things. Maybe it depends on the one you go to? I have had it go both ways. It has been terrible but it has also been good. I would imagine this comes down to quality control. This is why smaller chains and locals tend to be better because they have more control of who is staffed.I agree with liking more plain things, and I agree that it is on the more plain side of the scale; however, it seems like the quality of their food over the past couple of years has gone from good to very poor. Oh it absolutely makes a difference going local vs national chain, and even locations within chains do make a difference, for sure. It just seems that most of the ones around me have dipped in quality. I have one that's a bit of a drive from me that has a drive thru that always seems to be ok, and the ones near me that are walk in locations have all gotten progressively worse. It seems now the only thing I enjoy ordering from them is their Italian Cheesebread...which is only good because they lather it in herbs and, I'm guessing, butter...Maybe it depends on the one you go to? ...it helps that I'm sitting here eating a pizza and tater tots from a local place named JoJo's...absolutely fantastic pizza because it's one location run by one guy and staffed by people he knows can do the job properly.
