The winds made these spread faster and worse than they normally would have. Three of the four fires seemed to start around the same time which seems very strange IMO.

Since last night the winds have died down a bit which will help but so many neighborhoods and people lost their homes already, 5 lost their lives.

Insurance companies were pulling out fire coverage for a lot of these residents 2 weeks ago, which again seems odd. Almost as if they suspected this could happen and knew the current leaders in California, including Governor Newsom, did little to nothing to prepare for this event. These fires happen every so many years and have done so for decades but instead of focusing on being prepared and making sure the fire hydrants had water reverses... The last few years California has focused on DEI, releasing water because they had no where to store it, funded pointless programs that made California worse... I can go on and on.

This might end up being the worst wildfire in US history.

This is all down to failed planning and policy. While they can't manage to get water to these areas, our government just announced another 500 million to Ukraine by the way.

This is Trump on Rogan's podcast just a few months ago talking about how he could have helped plan out a solution but they opted to protect a fish instead.
 
I lived in California for 36 years, I known this is a huge problem. Almost every Summer, FUCKING ALWAYS... Like clockwork, fires. Every Summer.

PG&E is part of the problem, there was a lot of problems with them. They don't do the bare-minimum on the brush burns. One tweet even shows sparks going off next to trees. That's PG&E bullshit, not having clearance of locations.

One summer, fireworks went off on a gender reveal. Sparked a wildfire.

Gavin Newsom and his Democratic goons just shut down a water reservoir. For what, exactly?

Now we got a few arsonists.

Negligence by California. They deserve no sympathy. Trump called it a few years ago, too. Not just that one Joe Rogan interview. He was there in 2016, next to Newsom.

Didn't fucking listen. Piece of shit.

The fish thing though, there is more that ties into that. The water they would have to direct down would be through a brackish area. If you direct the water down instead of to the ocean, it would cause the brackish water to spread and would become a problem for farmers. There ARE ways around this and it would be expensive but instead of investing in something like this, they would rather invest in DEI/LGBT+ projects. It is fine guys, those will put out the fires.

These are just issues that are short hand and directly deal with the fires. Cali has an entire trilogy of 3 inch books worth of problems at this point.

So from what I have gathered, a lot went wrong all at once.

They focused on forced diversity hires of under qualified people.
The power grids were faulty.
The water reserves were not replenished, some of which have not been in 15+ years.
They didn't bother to refill the fire hydrant water reserves.
The homeless issue got too out of hand (many homeless people got caught starting fires in the last 5 years).
The illegals in Cali sucked up a lot of funding and resourcing.
They passed something in 2014 to redirect water from up north to protect against fires and it was never done.
Fire fighters faced budget cuts and most stations were understaffed.
The people in charge of clearing the brush that piles up were either neglectful, reduced, or fired.
Concerns from home/business insurance companies were ignored so some of them pulled out.
The criminal influx added to making sure the fire continued to spread so they can go looting.
They spent a lot of money on painting fire hydrants and other structures in "progress flags" instead of fixing infrastructure problems.

I am sure there is more I am forgetting, more stuff comes out every few days it seems. What a mess.
 
The largest fire is spreading to Malibu now.

They have arrested a handful of people for starting fires and over 100 for looting houses. A number of cartel gang members are orchestrating looting groups. Some dude was arrested for dressing as a fire fighter to loot people's homes. How sick is that?
 
I really, really hope people that saw the outbreak spreading got everything they care about, everyone they cared about out of their homes. There are possible 70+ mph winds that could be hitting Cali and this means this disaster would getting even worse.

I don't want people learning hard lessons like this. I really don't.

I don't either, but they voted for Democrats. Last election, more cities voted for Trump, but you still have liberals. The rot is inside the swamp (Trumpian language, I know) and is spreading like cancer. They TRIED to recall Newsom 3 times already. He leaves office in 2026 (or 2027), but once he leaves... his eyes is on.... what?

There is NO gridlocks with Newsom vs Democrats today. The leadership in the Democrat senate in California is super communist. Super.

You can't even say nay (or no) on any law that goes through the house. They WILL boot your ass from California senate. Same is true national Democrat senate.

Yeah well that's what ideology does. Brainwashes people into thinking climate change exists. It EXISTS, but THEIR idea of climate change is "this happens at this time." And they're off base. I understand the logic of climate change - I understand it. It IS a problem but these Democrats want something else. So they find non-profits and make money that way.

Adam Carolla said something too that I think resonates with a lot of people.

A lot of these people losing their homes and businesses, getting looted, or are in fear of it MOCKED people losing their homes, businesses, being robbed, being hurt during the BLM riots. I remember seeing a number of people come out and justify it. I stopped watching A LOT of people on YouTube that year. It was disgusting.
