I think Goku with his accesorys: tail, nimbus and powerpole is 100% improved looks, design and uniquenes wise!
Like preffering goku as a kid or adult is subjective but goku shouldve kept those things as an adult! (Maybe also never wear the awful cell and buu gi!)
