He could see Freezer's weak death beams demonstrating he was well above Piccolo, but his attitude towards Freezer is just by pure overconfidence.

The fact is that Freezer managed to surpass his best Ki attack with just a kick. I doubt Freezer had to increase his Ki a lot to do it a.

Son Goku (zenkai!!): 315,000

--> Kaioken x10: 3,150,000 That's the state Goku was when he started to fight Freezer. This is a common misunderstandment that happened becuase the animated version suddenly drawn the KK aura around Goku when Kaito explained Goku was using it.

Even if it's true that Goku fighting with KK without an aura may seem contradictory with the rest of the instances when the KK was used, the fact is that the KKx10 aura is never drawn in the manga.

Goku had been using the KKx10 the whole time, that's the revelation Kaito makes.

--> Kaioken x20: 5,000,000 (KKx10 x 2 except for the fact that Goku had already lost a considerable amount of energy because of 50% Freezer's beating. He took Freezer by surprise by the sudden increase from KKx10 to KKx20, but he was clearly below him because he couldn't even connect his 2nd hit and Freezer almost stopped his KameHameHa with his bare hands -in the end he had to resort to a Ki blast of his own to counter the technique).

Freeza (50%) : 6,200,000 (Freezer was a very sturdy character, he lost a bit of strength due to his play-fighting with KKx10 Goku while using 25% of his power but not much).

Freeza (50%) After the Genkidama: 1,900,000 The Genkidama Goku made already took into account Freezer was only using 50% of his power. In other words, Freezer resisted it because of his incredible sturdiness but in his own words he almost died and was badly injured by it. His power surely took a big hit.

--> 70% : 2,450,000 Enough to make an impact on SSJ Goku, a bit less than the regular jump from 50 to 70 due to him having lost energy fighting (and losing) against SSJ Goku.

--> 100% (peak): 2,900,000 Freezer's body wasn't accostumed to fight, so in order to use his maximum strength he overcharged his muscle mass (something that happens when an untrained body tries to fight at his maximum strength) which automatically results in a loss of Speed, and thus, power level (as Vegeta said, PL is not just offensive Ki but also speed, and resistance to damage).

Also, it's loss of stamina may have already affected him even before he reached peak 100% because he started to force his body at 80% of his power.

--> Goku Super Saiyan: 2,800,000 A bit below peak 100% Freezer in power, but close enough to fight against him in equal terms and surpass him after Freezer's stamina depleted.

Trunks arrives

Spoiler:

King Cold: 760,000 King Cold was in his 2nd form, and probably hidding his power. 760,000 would be his peak strength in that form taking into acount that he was considerably weaker than his son.

Mecha Freeza: 750,000 I don't take Freezer's words literally because anyone sensing his powers says the opposite as him. For how the scene plays, I think that Freezer simply felt recovered, saw that in his robotic form he had much more stamina and headed directly to earth not knowing his real strength.

His performance vs Trunks was not only much below the SSJ (which had the same PL than Goku in Namek), but just on par with his father in 2nd form in terms of dodging and overall speed (in a form that should be faster than the one his father uses).

Future Trunks: 1,950,000 Close to his father or a bit above him.

--> Super Saiyan: 2,800,000 Stated by Gohan he had the same Ki than Goku at Namek.

Son Goku: 330,000 He reached his base state PL limit before turning into a SSJ. It can be argued that his 300.000 weren't his exact peak and that he was just close enough to it but it can't be a huge difference otherwise Gohan would've turned into a SSJ before him.

--> Super Saiyan: 2,800,000 He didn't have time to train besides learning the shunkanido and learning to transform at will. Also no zenkays anymore after reaching the base state limit as explained later by Vegeta, so his power didn't increase from Namek.

Chaozu: 20,000

Yamcha: 25,000

Tenshinhan: 40,000

Kuririn: 35,000

Regarding the humans, their progress has to be much more moderate since their hard trainings have long ended.

Since Yamcha & Tien had a lot of time to train with kaito I think it's very possible that they surpassed Krilin.

Son Gohan: 200,000 Un-enraged, I don't think he's that much strong. He doesn't approach the limit of his base state until after some weeks of training inside the RoSat.

Piccolo: 1,350,000 He got stronger, but just regular training and not any feat to compare to so no incredible increases.

Vegeta: 1,600,000 He was approaching his base state limit so no big increases.

The Androids arrives!

Spoiler:

Yamcha: 40,000

Tenshinhan: 50,000

Kuririn: 55,000

The humans have more limited progresses than an average saiyan or super namek, and I don't think they increased their strength anymore past this point in the series.

Son Gohan: 650,000 He's a regular saiyan, and his rage boosts make him increase his strength a lot. Furthermore, he never participated in the fight against the androids so we don't have any feat to compare.

He surpassed Goku in his base state, I'm sure of that, and he was trained for 3 years so he shouldn't be far from his base state limit even if he didn't reach it until his training in the RoSat.

Piccolo: 2,750,000 Close to a SSJ.

Son Goku: 330,000 His base state limit, it can't increase past that.

--> Super Saiyan: 2,300,000 He started to fight already ill, and Piccolo stated that his power was much lower than what one would expect from a SSJ (any SSJ).

Vegeta: 1,800,000 He reached his base state limit during the 3 years of training in preparation for the androids. It took him some time to realise he wasn't improving any more and some more time to hate himself to the point of having the rage boost that unlocked his SSJ.

Of course, he won't be able to go past that from here onwards.

--> Super Saiyan: 3,150,000 Stronger than SSJ Trunks/SSJ Namek Goku, and at the same level or a bit above SSJ Goku after the 3 years of training if he hadn't had the heart disease.

Future Trunks: 1,950,000 He was a SSJ when he first appeared, and future trunks was born from a non SSJ Vegeta so he was like Gohan. In other words, he had already reached his base state peak power when he fought meacha Freezer.

--> Super Saiyan: 2,900,000 He went to the future, re-charged the machine and came back. Since regular training doesn't work with the SSJ and he was lacking a lot in the fundamentals he couldn't have progressed much or even at all.

Android #19: 2,050,000 Weaker than #20.

Android #20: 2,350,000 Stronger than #19 but considerably weaker than Piccolo.

Android #18: 3,100,000 Comparable level of strength as Vegeta SSJ, a tad weaker because SSJ Vegeta managed to match her after she had already dealt some damage to SSJ Vegeta.

Of course the unlimited stamina/energy gave her too much of an upper hand but in terms of fighting capabilities she wasn't stronger than him.

Android #17: 3,350,000 Stronger than his sister, but in the same ballpark due to how 16 speaks of them.

Imperfect Cell: 2,950,000 Strong enough to be in the SSJ levels of power, weak enough to having to hide from an unaware SSJ Vegeta that would have been the perfect prey.

Piccolo (fused with kami) : 3,300,000

--> Full power: 3,500,000 Above enough from #17 to have a much better fight against him than Vegeta had against 18, but not enough to completely dominate him and win the fight.

Imperfect Cell (post humans): 3,950,000 Cell absorbed "hundreds of thousands of humans", going from kids to old people. If the average strength of an adult male that works in the farm is 5, your average victim in a city should be 2-3 at best.

Android #16: 3,800,000 Close enough to Cell that he would've won the fight if Cell hadn't been able to absorb #17.

Post RoSaT training

Spoiler:

Semi Perfect Cell: 5,000,000 Much stronoger than in his previous form.

--> Full power: 5,500,000 Not a big increase.

Vegeta (post training): 1,800,000 (base state limit can't be broken).

--> Super Saiyan: 4,000,000 Considerably stronger than before. He didn't train the SSJ well, but that year in the RoSat surely made him improve in the right ways even if he didn't notice.

--> Super Saiyan grade 2: 6,100,000 Enough to beat Cell like he is nothing.

Future Trunks (post training): 1,900,000 (base state limit can't be broken).

--> Super Saiyan: 3,800,000

--> Super Saiyan grade 2: 5,950,000 Below his father.

--> Super Saiyan grade 3: 5,900,000 This is where Ki sensing and scoutter readings diverge. Yes, in terms of offensive Ki Trunks was much stronger, but as Goku and Cell carefully explained, that was a form that simply exchanged speed for strength.

Since the PL not only measures Kis but overall capabilities (that's why Goku and Piccolo PL increased when they took off their clothes, even if they didn't had any more hidden ki than when they were wearing them), an unbalanced form like this would result in a loss of PL because Trunks was a worse fighter with it than without it.

Same logic that applies to 100% Freezer, but with the difference that Freezer was really extracting more power and Trunks just used a form to go from 100% of power to 100% of power with much more strength and much lower speed.

Perfect Cell (initially vs vegeta and trunks): 8,000,000 Clearly above both of them, could also be 9,000,000 perfectly, but he didn't do anything as absurd as kicking back Vegeta's best Ki blast so it wasn't a 2-3x difference either.

Son Goku Super Saiyan half power: 6,200,000 Above SSJ Grade 2 Vegeta.

Cell Games!!

Piccolo: 6,500,000 He got stronger in the RoSat, but not enough to be in Goku's/Gohan's league.

Future Trunks: 1,900,000 (base state limit)

--> Super Saiyan: 4,100,000

--> Grade 2: 6,500,000

Vegeta: 1,800,000 (base state limit)

--> Super Saiyan: 4,100,000

--> Grade 2 Vegeta 6,850,000:

The second day in the RoSat for both Vegeta and Trunks was there just to explain us that the SSJ couldn't be further improved through the regular methods of training.

There may have been a slight increase, but since neither Trunks nor Vegeta focused on mastering the Ki (just physical training) the increases had to be very, very low and of course not enough to put them close to FP SSJ Goku.

And since Trunks was an even more inexperienced fighter than Vegeta, his increases had to be even lower than his father's modest progress.

Still above 50% SSJ Goku, since he was sure he had surpassed Goku.

Cell Junior(s): 7,050,000 A bit above SSJ Grade 2 Vegeta and Trunks, but close enought to have a good fight with them.

Son Goku: 330,000 (base state limit)

-- Super Saiyan: 12,400,000 (double his half strength).

Son Gohan: 1,750,000 (base state limit reached in the RoSat)

--> Super Saiyan: 12,600,000 (above his father's in terms of pure strength).

--> Super Saiyan '2': 20,000,000 (effortlessly beat Cell, but not as effortlessly as other beatings we've seen in the series -still not enough to counter ki attacks with his bare hands for example).

Cell (vs goku) : 12,500,000

1st zenkay (small one, after Goku's fight): 13,500,000

(vs Gohan): 14,000,000

--> Full power: 16,000,000

--> 'Super' Perfect Cell: 20,500,000 very strong, even more than Gohan I would say considering how badly injured Gohan was left after taking Cell's attack, that was only meant to kill Vegeta.

After that Cell only played with Gohan and got killed by a surprise attack before he could even think of using all of his power.

That would be my power list until the Cell saga. Namek arc Spoiler: Kuririn (with weights): 1,500 -- full power: 1,800 Son Gohan: 1,800 Namekian: 3,000 Appule: 2,500 Kiwi: 18,000 Dodoria: 22,000 Zarbon: 23,000 --> Transformed: 29,500 Vegeta: 24,000 --> post healing: 30,000 The Ginyus arrive Spoiler: Guld: 8,000 Kuririn: 14,000 Son Gohan: 18,000 Vegeta: 30,000 Recoome: 40,000 Jheese: 40,000 Burta: 40,000 Son Goku (relaxed and casual): 5,000 --> power used to battle the ginyus: 60,000 ---> full base power: 90,000 ---> Kaioken: 180,000 Captain Ginyu: 120,000 Vegeta (healed from Recoome's fight): 45,000 --> power used to kill jheese: 250,000 Battle against Freeza Spoiler: Kuririn: 22,000 Krilin's power increased because he was able to fight against Ginyu. Maybe the Namekian ritual still had an effect on him. Son Gohan after his rage boost: 700,000 His rage boost allowed him to surpass supressed 2nd form Freezer, who at the very least should have been well above the 530,000 of his maximum 2nd form power. --> post Zenkai (rage boost): 800,000 His masenko was strong but 2nd form Freezer defeated it with his brute strength alone. Vegeta: 380,000 Strong, but considering that Freezer wasn't even tired after his exchange with him I think that Freezer was still not using all of his 530,000 power to fight at that point. Freeza (1st form): 530,000 Piccolo (post Kaio training): 265,000 ---> post fusion with nail: 980,000 Below Freezer's 2nd max form, but above his power up after Gohan's rage boost. ---> Full power: 1,200,000 Freeza (2nd form): 1,060,000 I take his statement of being above 1,000,000 in the same way he said his strength was 530,000 against Nail. Freezer was boasting about his (ummeasured, he was approximating it) power so his estimation surely was made as "the power I can have in this form" and not "the power I'm currently using". --> beginning: 650,000 --> powered up: 900,000 --> full power: 1,060,000 Freeza (3rd form) : 2,300,000 Even if he used all his strength to defeat Gohan's masenko, he still overpowered a 2-2.5x Ki attack with just his brute strength. --> final form (initially) : 3,300,000 A tad stronger but we're close in our estimations. Vegeta (Zenkai) : 1,400,000 Vegeta wasn't aware of his real strength. Son Goku (zenkai!!): 315,000 --> Kaioken x10: 3,150,000 That's the state Goku was when he started to fight Freezer. Trunks arrives Spoiler: King Cold: 760,000 King Cold was in his 2nd form, and probably hidding his power. Chaozu: 20,000 Yamcha: 25,000 Tenshinhan: 40,000 Kuririn: 35,000 Regarding the humans, their progress has to be much more moderate since their hard trainings have long ended. Spoiler: Yamcha: 40,000 Tenshinhan: 50,000 Kuririn: 55,000 The humans have more limited progresses than an average saiyan or super namek, and I don't think they increased their strength anymore past this point in the series. Piccolo (fused with kami) : 3,300,000 --> Full power: 3,500,000 Above enough from #17 to have a much better fight against him than Vegeta had against 18, but not enough to completely dominate him and win the fight. Post RoSaT training Spoiler: Semi Perfect Cell: 5,000,000 Much stronoger than in his previous form. --> Super Saiyan: 3,800,000 --> Super Saiyan grade 2: 5,950,000 Below his father. Future Trunks: 1,900,000 (base state limit) --> Super Saiyan: 4,100,000 --> Grade 2: 6,500,000 Vegeta: 1,800,000 (base state limit) --> Super Saiyan: 4,100,000 --> Grade 2 Vegeta 6,850,000: The second day in the RoSat for both Vegeta and Trunks was there just to explain us that the SSJ couldn't be further improved through the regular methods of training. Son Goku: 330,000 (base state limit) -- Super Saiyan: 12,400,000 (double his half strength). Son Gohan: 1,750,000 (base state limit reached in the RoSat) --> Super Saiyan: 12,600,000 (above his father's in terms of pure strength). --> Super Saiyan '2': 20,000,000 (effortlessly beat Cell, but not as effortlessly as other beatings we've seen in the series -still not enough to counter ki attacks with his bare hands for example). Cell (vs goku) : 12,500,000 1st zenkay (small one, after Goku's fight): 13,500,000 (vs Gohan): 14,000,000 --> Full power: 16,000,000 --> 'Super' Perfect Cell: 20,500,000 very strong, even more than Gohan I would say considering how badly injured Gohan was left after taking Cell's attack, that was only meant to kill Vegeta. After that Cell only played with Gohan and got killed by a surprise attack before he could even think of using all of his power. That would be my power list until the Cell saga. Regards!
