It really is feeling that way. Only this time it will involve Toriyama completely with the story, character design, etc.
I have a feeling we are going to get a SS4 but I hope they don't call it that. I want it to be something like Saiyan Primal because it isn't part of the "super" branch and if it is its own form, it means power-ups within it can be added and advanced. I do worry though that this may end up being too "child friendly". I would hope it is more in-line with DBZ and the original Dragon Ball and less how it was with Super but we will see.
