Given the exploding car in Nashville, I don't know. I feel like people are losing their minds.

I'd wager it's someone sending some sort of manifest or something, but yeah, super creepy thing to be posting about, and the context clues being so obviously meant to imply explosions...just really odd. Glad the account's suspended, though!
