I am loosely following the story. I am avoiding a lot of the finer details so be sure to spoiler anything that gets too into detail!

I know as of now, it is looking like Vegeta may be the one to save everyone and save the earth which would be quite ironic considering he wanted to sell it or destroy it when he first came into the picture. His training on Yardrat would or at least should play a role in this, if true.

What are your thoughts? Will they finally let Vegeta outshine Goku at the end of a saga?

I feel it's going to be an assist and Goku is going to deal the final blow. Vegeta and his new technique will get more shine though.

We all know it ends when Killin says it does. He's the secret weapon in the background holding on to his Super Human God Ginger form to unleash at the very last moment.

(seriously, though, of course it's going to be Goku, it has to be...he's Toriyama's baby...)
