A suspected drunk driver, identified as 52 year old Allami Hussain, has been arrested after fleeing on foot from the scene where he drove his car into the bar and grill, seriously injuring two people. He has been booked into jail on suspicion of DUI and leaving the scene of an accident involving injuries. The two pedestrians he struck are in critical and serious condition in a local Scottsdale hospital.

He could have been trying to end his life. That happened here a few years ago, someone tried driving their car into a building. I can't remember where it was. Either way, shitty move to hurt other people.
 
So far it appears he was just extremely intoxicated and had no business being behind the wheel, but yeah, quite a moronic thing to do in any event.
