A bit late to this one. Me and Jay started watching it the other day and while I am not normally into political shows, this is pretty funny.

It follows a female vice president doing day-to-day things and makes it vulgar and funny. It started back in 2012 and finished up in 2019.

I saw the pilot a year or two ago but it didn't really click with me. I believe it was because I felt they were relying on profanity rather than constructing actual jokes, but my brother continued watching it and he loved it. There are probably more shows I love where I didn't like the Pilot than shows I love where I did like the pilot so I might give Veep another chance down the line. Love the Cast if nothing else, Julia-Louis Drefyus, Buster Bluth, the trampoline owning racist, the air conditioner murderer, all actors I really like and should probably learn their names.

The first season is rated the lowest as well but it gets better. We are almost done with season one. It kind of makes a mockery of US politics and human-nature which I can appreciate lol

I had watched a few episodes with someone I was dating a few years ago, but after we split I stopped watching it. It was entertaining, but there was nothing about it that would really keep me coming back.

It is a casual watch show so you have to find at least one or two characters entertaining enough to keep watching.

The show gets better as it goes on. Get great one-liner insults like "Jolly Green jizz face".
