I'll have to really think about this one. I mean one that comes to mind was when Vegeta just blasted all those people to death like it was nothing. It took me by surprise as I hadn't seen him act this heartless in a long while in the series.
Cell drinking the guy creeped me the heck out when I was a kid. I still have trouble watching that.
You could also argue Freiza killing Krillin is one, and Dende...and the other Namekians...
When Broly turned into the Legendary SSJ for the first time in DBZ: Broly. The way his face rips apart looks horrifying in my opinion.
