Bardock: Father of Goku is the best version that has been since superseded by Dragon Ball Minus and to that effect DBS: Broly. I still prefer it over DBS: Broly because it gave Bardock a lot more character. Episode of Bardock is a what-if story, but it's still neat to check out. If you want the latest information from Toriyama then that would be DBS: Broly. Take it with a grain of salt because he'll probably forget and change his mind in another 10 years. Makes me wonder at times if Toriyama is going to go all the way back to DB cannon and start implementing new backstories. Was King Piccolo actually sent by Beerus?!? Maybe the Ox King ran into Whis one day and offered him a delectable dinner...

A good portion of their fanbase though is from the 80's and 90's. They must know that, right? lol
So long as they keep getting that subscription money, they don't really care who they are or what they want. Tease them with a special here, get those subs up, then take it away until subs dip again.

So messed up. I was gonna try seeing what Bardock’s play style is in dbfz, but I at least wanted to see watch his own story first so that his beginning and finishing lines don’t spoil anything. How could they try make this character so relevant by puttin him in a number of the important db games like xv2 or dbfz, but not give people access to his origins?It sounds like we are getting simp treatment
