Who has the most potential?

Outside of Goku and Vegeta or any other pure-blood Saiyan for that matter, which fighter (good guy or villain) would you say has the most potential to become the most powerful being in Universe 7? I think it is easy to pick someone like Gohan or Trunks but I think both lack the willpower their fathers have to stick with something for long enough. So I think Piccolo would be at the top of the list for me.

If Gohan had the drive, it would definitely be him, but he lacks the drive, and the passion to actually do it. Which is a shame, but hey if he doesn’t wanna be a fighter so be it. They always do this “oh I need to train more just in case Dad or Vegeta isn’t here.” Routine with him and then he never follows through. Useless.

But yeah, Piccolo is definitely one. Honestly 17 and 18, they have unlimited stamina correct? So I mean they could literally just train non stop and get stronger. I think 17 is more likely to do it if the two.

Gohan has the most latent potential, but Goten and Present Trunks have the most realized potential.
