In few video clips on youtube, like this one (below) an[UWSL] interesting character named Tevvez is presented. However I can't find any information about him. Can you share more information? Thanks [/UWSL]:)

Appears to just be tied to some trap music. No idea. Do not follow the genre. No such character exists in the DB universe.
