Movies Why are Piccolos arms yellow?

I only just now noticed this.

In the concept art for Piccolo for the new upcoming movie "Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero" his arms appear to be yellow or golden similar to how King Piccolo's arms were shown in Dragon Ball.

Why do you think they made this change? Do you think it is good or bad? I feel like it might actually look better but I am not 100% on it yet.

I always though the yellow was used for his old-age look. When he used the dragon balls, his youthful look was pinkish. I think I like the pinkish look, more, to be honest...maybe they're tryna say Piccolo is getting old lol.

Definitely could be aimed at aging him, for sure. Could be becoming an old slugman now, so...wilting away.

I'ts kinda like how the Namek elder's heads got longer and wrinklier...just like old King Piccolo.

Honestly, I like the look. It reminds me of his manga appearance, and it blends in a bit better than the pink.

He seems to be based on his Manga Colors!
