I thought I might make a thread for this since I've been consistently shrinking in size and I just slimmed down to 299 pounds this morning. Any advice and encouragement is welcomed of course.
You'll get there, you're doing awesome! Walks would be a great way to keep active and motivated to keep it off!I fluctuated again after this morning for some reason. It's still good that I went down 5 pounds since last week though. I'm considering going on walks with my brother and my dogs once I get under 300 again.

That's actually a great idea! I'll ask my brother to walk with me around the neighborhood with our Boston Terriers soon.I think this is the point where your body starts to adjust to its' new normal, so maybe it's time to throw in an extra exercise. Burnie Burns used to have a treadmill in his office that he used any time he played video games. It's something I've considered for myself, as well, if I can find one for a decent price. Maybe try something like that? Or a punching bag! Great stress relief and exercise!
