Are we talking what do we collect, or are we looking at specifically in the anime realm?

If we're talking all things, and I won't list them out because that would take an insane amount of space, but I have somewhere in the region of 5,000 CDs (mostly metal, hard rock and 90s alternative, but with a lot of other bits mixed in), I have a collection of DVDs that is around 3,000 movies and 150 TV shows, I have the entire DB/Z/GT series and movies, though nothing from the newer stuff (no Kai, Super, etc. era stuff), and I have a collection of about 2,500 video games for ~35 different handhelds and consoles. I have a more detailed catalogue on my laptop using a software called CLZ or Collectorz, they sell a suite of software that lets you scan on your phone and automatically add it to your db. Helps keeping track of your collection a lot easier. I'll see if I can get the database onto my pc one of these days and give you more exact numbers, but yeah...I collect

I was talking about collections and merchandise in general. Video Games, Anime, and Manga are pretty much my core interests though, so I only collect them as I listed in my original post. I'm also mostly into Nintendo video games and third party titles, and I only own Nintendo systems.

For game systems, I own a Gameboy Advance with a modded back light screen from the SP (I was sick of the SP hinges breaking on me over the years), a 2DS, a Super Nintendo Entertainment System, a Nintendo 64, a Gamecube, a Wii U, and a Switch.

I'm considering getting the Sonic franchise, Fire Emblem franchise, Xenoblade Chronicles sub franchise, and Banjo Kazooie series in the future.

I can understand that, Nintendo make some great series and consoles, though I do feel like you should expand a bit and experience some of the other amazing franchises out there in the gaming world. I've always loved the variety in gaming, so always try to expand beyond a single platform to make sure I can experience as many exclusive titles as possible. Your list is pretty good for future series plans, though I would strongly suggest adding Crash Bandicoot and Final Fantasy to your list, and if you're into more graphic series and do eventually plan to expand beyond Nintendo, then Bioshock, the Last of Us, Saints Row, Dead Space and Borderlands are solid series picks (well, the Last of Us is a single game with a second game set to be released). Also anything Alex Kidd, if you ever get the chance to jump into the retro Sega lineup, you'll be well served there.

I decided to just get Fire Emblem. It's the only franchise that started from Nintendo, since the Xeno franchise started from Playstation systems, and Banjo Kazooie deviated to Xbox systems. Meanwhile, Sonic is from Sega.
