It's definitely possible, but hopefully those would be countries that don't host servers for people. Granted, some countries just plain don't enforce anything, so...maybe they're in one of those countries. At any rate, I really just hope someone takes it down. Either by hosting, hacking, defacing...something. It needs to go.
Sadly that much is true, you need to find the host, server location and much more and make reports to them, and if they're savvy, they'll have backups and other hosts they can move to in order to just keep on going. Needs law enforcement intervention to get them shut down for promoting child pornography and potential child endangerment.

Yeah, I saw something a bit ago when I was looking around. Not sure if DNS lookup would be helpful in that effect. Might be some hidden stuff.Seems this site has been reported to XF a lot, there's no license clause they can invoke and they do not have a valid license. So someone needs to find their host or where there servers are and go that route.
