Thought I would make a thread for this. Anyone who has short term goals, talk about them - what your plans are, how things are going, etc.
I told myself I was going to make a better effort to take care of my body so I started rebounding again. I started yesterday. I am going to do it Monday - Friday for 40+ minutes each morning. So in terms of a short term goal for me, my short term goal is to stick to this for at least one month (rebounding 20 days) to see what changes are made in my body. They say rebounding improves oxygen to the brain (improves mood, decreases anxiety), helps with poor posture, improves blood circulation, reduces and even heals back/neck/shoulder issues, detoxes the lymphatic system, releases fat stores (burns fat), improves the immune system, improves digestion, improves sleep, and just overall benefits the body because it is anti-gravity movement.
If I can reach this short term goal and it can become a habit for me, I know I will feel better overall. The world is all sorts of wacky these days and I don't want to be another person who focuses on all the bad and just forgets to take care of myself. So yeah, here's to hoping I can stick to this. I already felt myself thinking I couldn't be bothered this morning but did it anyway. I feel great after. Just have to stick to it!
