I agree with everything u said except super's animation. If it has anything going for it, and believe me it's not much, you have to give credit where credit is due. IMO they perfected a lot of the animation, the firs showing of ultra instinct was immaculate.

It's overall rating. It was great in some cases as you pointed out, but terrible in others.

Also, not everyone prefers the newer flashy animation over the older grittier animation. The way some of the characters are drawn now are emasculated too. No more badass macho characters that bust their ass to get stronger. Just a bunch of scrawny characters who get power hand outs.
