Yeah, future planning, always important when it comes to a house! Such a long term investment it's important it's what you need now and in the future, for sure.

I'm still bummed out that I found that really good house earlier this year that would have been perfect. It was a standard ranch. Had wood floors, 2 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and the basement was completely finished with an additional room closed off from the space that could have been another bedroom or office space. The colors were white and gray so no painting would have been needed. It ended up selling for a lot more than they were asking though. It eas only 5 minutes from where Jay works as well which would have been perfect for my anxiety lol I know I am going to be a mess when I am pregnant. Especially cause twins run in my family. Double the nightmare! lol

Yeah, that one you really wanted looked like it could have been absolutely perfect, it's a real shame it went so high. You never know, though, another option might jump up that's even more perfect, costs less and solves needs you didn't even know you had! Twin baby Brit destroyers...that sounds terrifying! They'll keep you running day and night looking for Yorkshire puddings and trying to Hakai their toys! Hopefully it's an easy pregnancy for you when it does happen! Nothing worse than anxiety and a difficult pregnancy!
